Beds were comfortable and the room was in good condition. Due to the really bad humidity outside, the room was a little humid but the AC did a good job keeping up with it. Breakfast we good and good options but need forks instead of sporks (not a big deal but found it odd). ALL staff was friendly and helpful. Good smiles, always good greetings!

Clean and comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast, especially on weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could not ask for more. I will stay here again when I'm in Pensacola.

The power outtage was out of their hands and the local bbq "pitmasters" ensured i last my appetite. Both things the property had 0 control over so I'll just be frustrated with the immediate area. The hotel staff was as friendly as could be. It's suggested a hotel especially in Florida have generator... the exposures could have taken a very bad turn had anyone of that caliber decided to take advantage of the temp tenants in a few hour lights out situation. Power came on near midnight jolting me from rest and it was a while before upper and lower rooms turned down the new found energy. It was a rough next day. Again...i realize it's all circumstantial so I'll try not to be too judgemental

Bugs in the room and hallway rugs are really bad. I watched someone spill food on the floor right outside the elevator to the left on 3rd floor on my night 2 and on day 11 for my checkout, it still isn’t cleaned up.

Staff was courteous and friendly however the property is old and needs major updating. There was a nauseating smell in the room. Should never have to purchase plug ins and disinfectant spray in order to deal with the stench. Will never purchase any rooms from Choice Hotels anymore (except for Cambria until that becomes outdated)!

We stayed on the 4th floor and rode the elevator up. Upon exiting the elevator, we smelled something funny. I think the whole hallway carpet was wet. Carpet looked old and ruggish. Not good!! Overall rooms were nice and neat and cold (just the way I like it). Slept very well!! Breakfast was ok! If you have been to one continental breakfast, then you have been to them all!!

The mattress was sunken in. Pillows were flat and hard. In room Jacuzzi was thr teason we stayed here and it was nice. Bathroom a bit musty and moldy smelling. But did have an in room dehumidifier. Overall clean room and property. Decent hotel free breakfast.

I chose this hotel by mistake because I normally choose hotels closer to airport and shopping areas. Everything here is quite a distance. The hotel itself is pretty nice, but they could be better with housekeeping. There is dust around the light fixtures. The sheets are changed every 3 days, supposedly, but i had to ask for mine to be changed because they were not done. Their policy is to clean the empty rooms first and leave the ones with guests to the end. I would leave the hotel early and come back by or after 3 pm, and my room was still not touched or towels replaced. By the time I returned, which was after 3PM, i just wanted to relax, but I was not able to since i had to wait for housekeeping to come thru, which took almost one more hour. The pool water did not look clean and never saw the filters running.
