Welcome to Nauti-Cola, a stunning new rental home in the heart of downtown Pensacola, perfectly situated across from Pensacola Bay and Bruce Beach. Just a 10-minute stroll away you’ll find incredible restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and Wahoo’s Stadium. From the balcony, enjoy peekaboo views of the bay, spot dolphins and birds, and even catch the Blue Angels practicing overhead. Pensacola does parades like nowhere else and you can watch the floats drive by and cheer them on as they “pre-party” before lining up hours before each parade! It is a blast!

Great Spot Near Downtown

The Bruce Beach is a nice relaxing spot near Nauti-Cola. Quiet conveniently located near downtown Pensacola. We were able to get to places via Uber quickly. Property Manager was amazing and very helpful in finding places to go, things to do, and where to eat. Overall enjoyable vacation!

Excellent property for a group!

Excellent overall. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was very convenient for our group of 5. The host was very quick to reply to questions. Main Street is a busy street but noise was not too bad. We sat on the porch and watched the people go by!

Wonderful stay

Overall this place was a wonderful stay! The description of the property was accurate- it was very clean. There’s a small access to a small beach across the street but the drive to Pensacola beach was about 20 minutes. A quick walk to many restaurants and things to do!

Great short stay

We stayed during our dance nationals. It was a perfect place to stay. We were at the Pensacola Bay Center it was a very easy drive there and back. The host was very accommodating. The house was very nice. I would recommend staying here.

Clean & Convenient

Two requirements we have for VRBO stays: Must be clean and orderly; and convenient to local restaurants and activities. This unit met both with 5 STARS. This property is relatively new, very clean and organized. On the western edge of downtown Pensacola and very convenient. Great stay. Since we go to Pensacola often, we'll gladly stay again.

Family Celebration at NAS Pensacola

We traveled to Pensacola to attend son's promotion ceremony at NAS Pensacola. Chose to stay at Nauti-cola due to its proximity to the base and its excellent reviews. We weren't disappointed! Lovely... new... clean... and great communication by the owner. We definitely plan to be repeat visitors over the next 3 years while our son is stationed there!

Watched College Baseball At Wahoo Stadium

This property was within walking distance of the baseball stadium and Joe Patti’s Fish Market. We had been to Pensacola one time before and never left the beach. This was a great chance to see the adorable downtown area. Saturday morning Art and Farmer’s market was amazing! The house was immaculate, and just as pictured. The only very small negative would be the amount of traffic’s noise on the front bedroom if you are a light sleeper. But we solved that by trading rooms. Great stay!! Would go again. Loved our visit to the Air Force museum!

Cozy

This place is small and cozy. If i had to say a nad id say that having to walk around to the front door to unlock it very inconvenient when the parking is in the back with a gate and saide door. When my family and i arrived we went through and the side door (the more convenient door) was deadbolted. Forcing me to walk around a neighboring house and a business which had large vans parked on the sidewalk.

Comfortable and accomodating

Great property that provides a warm, clean, and cozy stay while in Pensacola. The coffee accommodations were nice and host ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is close to everything. I will absolutely look to stay here in the future!
