Spacious, downtown, modern cottage with firepit walkable to restaurants-brewery

When you stay with us, you will find that Auer House is a modern home close to everything you need. It’s cozy, super clean, and has a hardwired workspace. Every room has a closet, smart TV, ceiling fan and overhead lighting. The fenced-in backyard includes Adirondack chairs and fire pit as well as a patio area.

Auer House is less than 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Pensacola, 20 minutes from the these most beautiful beaches, and 15 minutes from NAS Pensacola. We have restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. Sanders Beach is a quick 7 minute drive away. You'll also find a newly built dog park just across the street adjacent to a park for everyone else! Each bedroom has its own closet, blackout shades, and memory foam mattresses for a great night's sleep. We have a kitchen stocked fully with all the tools you need to fix a quick breakfast or gourmet meal! A separate living space offers a workspace and comfy sectional to watch TV. Beach towels will be provided upon request. Please give me two-day’s notice. And, of course, we offer contactless check-in with our front door doorbell camera and keypad!

Auer House is available for short-term or longer-term rentals. And we love our military! My dad was a Navy veteran, so please ask me about our military discount. It’s the least we can do!

Additionally, for an extra fee, we can help stock the kitchen so that everything is there when you arrive. Sometimes it’s just nice to let someone else do the work!

Excellent stay in Pensacola
This was one of the best (if not the best) stays in Pensacola that we’ve had. The cottage is spotless, it had everything we needed, and the location is great. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I will recommend it to friends and family who are looking to visit Pensacola.

Peace in the Pensacola
We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything is beautifully decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water even when you're the 4 th one of the morning. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to the park with my daughter. We will stay here again.

Wonderful home
Cannot say enough about how nice this property is and how good the host was. This was probably the cleanest and nicest vrbo that we have ever stayed in. Great for pets as there is a dog park directly across the street. Back yard with gas fire pit was a bonus for hanging out in the evening. Will definitely stay again.

The property is so clean and in a convenient location. This property blows it out of the water from the comfortable beds to the fenced-in yard. It is very comfortable for a family and extremely clean. The owner is speedy to respond to any questions. I would stay here again.

Auer House Pensacola
What a great find for our Pensacola vacation! We were not disappointed! Every aspect of this house was true to the photos and description. Susan Nitterauer is the perfect host and responded to inquiries promptly! We wholeheartedly recommend staying at this location. The dog fee was a whole lot more reasonable than places near the beach. We will definitely stay here when we vacation in Pensacola again. Hurricane Helene sent us home 2 days earlier than we anticipated which was disappointing. Thank you, Susan for a wonderful 2 days at Auer House.

As soon as you walk thru the front door, you know you’ve made a great choice! Amazingly comfortable, beautifully decorated. Everything you may need has been anticipated. Oh my this house was so cute!! It was so clean too! Everything seemed new in the house. The neighborhood was charming. The backyard was just so adorable. We sat outside and soaked up some sun and shared stories around the fire pit. There was curling fans in every room which is so needed on hot days. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were bummed we only stayed one night because of how adorable the house was.

Spotless and comfy!
This house was so clean and inviting which made our 3 nights very comfortable and relaxing. The teenagers told me I did a great job finding it so that is all the review you need right there. The house is stocked with everything you may need so you really do feel like you’re at home. There is a great park across the street with a huge playground, basketball courts and two fenced in dog play areas. The backyard of this house is the perfect place to hang out as well. Besides the house being super clean and beautiful on the inside, the Host was such a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating. This house is close to everything and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
