Very pleasantly surprised when we got to this property. Very clean, good location, secure, quiet, comfortable bed, lovely view and everything we needed. Would certainly come here again.
The keyless entry was great, the property was spotless and the use of a kitchen, ironing board and a seating area was a real bonus. The location was great as it was a short walk from the sea front, restaurants and shops plus a short drive from plenty of attractions.
a great location. very easy to get to restaurants and to walk along the water. the room was very comfortable and attractive.
i would definitely stay again. it was quite quiet and bed was very comfortable.
Love Such a lovely place ..clean ,all is organized
Such a lovely place ..clean ,all is organized ,parking available ,dinning area ,we made good use of the washing machine and the cooking appliances and utensils...feels soo good ...jus near the sea ,restaurants and shops are nearby
Very nice room #2 which had private access to the back & my car. The location is perfect for walking into town center and the promenade is just across the road.
Great location to base yourself for touring around the area.
One suggestion for the management team is to set up the dining / lounge area with some lounge chairs and perhaps a TV in the room so you can relax rather than sitting on the solid wood bench seats. Overal a great place.
Really big modern room, great there was a fridge in the room. convenient to town and located close to promenade. would definitely re-visit. clean bed and sofa bed comfy, handy to have a kitchen as well.
It was so easy to check in and out. Excellent cleanliness and the bed was very comfortable. There was a bit of a leak from the shower tray but otherwise all perfect
Literally everything was amazing and such a nice stay, beds were actually quite comfy, having the TV on the wall was nice, good storage space. Brilliant. Only bad thing was the bathroom wasn’t suuuper clean; there was blood around the sink drain and little hairs littered around. Other than that, brilliant.
A whole new concept in Hotel accomodation. Like the AI key entry methods, no concierge, no fuss, communal kitchen, great idea. Luxurious bed, efficient bathroom.
all at a very competitive price too. Highly recommended. I'll be back!

Lovely spacious room with decent sized bathroom, storage and good facilities mini fridge and dehumidifier in the room along with a kettle and TV the only issue was the milk sachets were out of date. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required the lounge area is spacious with a large table
Property is placed in an ideal place for easy access. The room was clean, but facilities were not great.
The mattress and pillows were of poor quality. The only way to access the drinks tray was by kneeling down, and it was basic.
The shower cubicle was a good size, however the electric shower had very poor water pressure, to the point where you needed to spend double the time in the shower to remove the soap. The sink is so small that you cannot clean your teeth without banging your head on the shelf above.
A first-time stay in self-check-in accommodation of this type and communication with the virtual host was clear and worked well on access codes. Felt secure throughout. Clean, well-outfitted communal kitchen and dining area (useful for some light self-catering and laundry). Room was surprisingly large, elegantly furnished and quality bedding, but lighting was a bit dim.
Just off the promenade (and a main bus route) and with a large Lidl nearby. But it is in a quiet residential area and more than a few minutes walk to the main high street area, with not a lot of immediate dining options.
Good location off seafront. Renovated property. My room was a single on the top floor. Skylight but no view. Clean, all amenities. There is no host. Access code required for entry. Feels a bit impersonal. I didn't meet any other guests. Maybe this is not for everyone. Otherwise, fine. Good value.
I had to visit Penzance as my cousin passed away. I travelled alone and found the property easily. Parked across the road, Code to get in was great, Room bright, clean and warm. Spacious. Room to hang clothes, Fridge for snacks I had with me, Shower lovely and hot. Big TV with plenty of channels. Best bit was the bed. I suffer with back and many times if I stay away I always have backache by the morning. No backache all week. The only problem I had was I could not connect to the Wi Fi. It wasn't a necessity for me.
Thank you Seascape I will book again in the summer as need to go back to Penzance.

Travelled to Penzance from Dorset for a funeral. Check in instructions and communication good. Easy to access, parking was available. Communal areas in good clean condition. Stayed on room 4 on the first floor. Size of room generous, very small bed for the size of room. The furniture of low quality. The mattress on the bed was appalling / no support and very uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible. The sea view advertised was a joke, the view is largely of a car park and tennis courts with at best a ‘glimpse’ of the sea in the extreme background - only visible if you are standing. The en suite size was awful - I’ve seen bigger shower cubicles on a caravan. It was clean and everything worked as it should. The plumbing was very noisy and the room was supposed to be soundproofed / it was not. Noises comings and goings from the other residents and very noisy plumbing. The building is in a nice location but just a converted house so surrounded by residential streets.
