". The inn is only about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes from the sea front. The rooms were spotless and there was plenty of toiletries and tea, biscuits etc provided. We managed to get something to eat there on the first night despite it being busy and near closing time for the kitchen. It was also nice to have a nightcap in the bar before a two minute walk up the stairs to bed. We shall definitely make this a regular stop off when passing through Penzance. "

"Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! "

"The check in process was a little strange, one person on the phone quite a bit in a room off to the side, who knew you were supposed to go in there? He had two other people in there so we had to wait about 15 minutes. Then we went in and it was all of 30 seconds, here's your key, go up the stairs, see you later! No information given. One day we asked about the buses and how to take them (we are from Canada) and the girl at the desk said she had no idea, she never took the bus. End of that...
