"Hôtel was lovely, views from the rooftop at breakfast and from the pool were the highlight for me. Room was spacious. Staff were very attentive, more than you would expect in this kind of hotel, which was not really for me, but some people like that level of service. Note long trousers and closed shoes if you want to eat dinner at the hotel (we didn't have either). Walking distance to the beach and the few restaurants in town (recommend the Cloud) and good parking if you have your own car. "

"First room was dirty and lacked amenities. Bedroom air conditioner leaked and upon a two-hour leave, returned to bed being soaked and floor with significant water pools on the tile floor. When asked to move, there was a great hesitation to switch. When received second room, the amenities were appropriate and air conditioners didn't leak. "Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach.
