"The hotel is quaint and vintage but pretty clean. We are a family of 5 with three small children ages 1,3, and 5 and we all fit confortably in the family room. My kids loved the wading pool which was small but perfect for their size. The one year old couldnt touch the bottom but my 3 and 5 year old could. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the tour. The front desk receptionist said my kids could do most of the tour except maybe the volcano. DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL TOUR IF YOU HAVE SMALL...

"We arrived at midnight the receptionist was very welcoming and helped take the bags to our room.We had a room upgrade which I recommended as a lot of the basic rooms are lower than ground level.
