"Loved the location so close to the tram which made exploring the city very easy. The room was small with the pull-out couch made up into a bed, but it would have been perfect for a couple. It still worked for us as we were only there for one night. "Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! "No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. "Several members of our wedding party stayed here on each side of the wedding week. Both times we stayed the staff was truly amazing. From the welcome "tea" to storage of luggage and serving cold beers at the bar they were great! Safe new hip area with lots of food options. Would stay here again."
