The bus stop for the bus to the capital of Santorini, Fira is within a 3 min walk, and next door to the hotel is a tourist shop with some food, ice cream, and souvenirs. "I specifically booked a room with two double beds, as I was travelling with a friend, (and I selected that style of room from the room options listed at the Joy Beach Hotel on the Expedia app/website). When we arrived there was only one bed in the room. No one from the hotel responded to my messages and I went to reception twice during the open hours posted but no one was there. "Happy with our stay here. The main improvement would be more storage space in the rooms. We stayed for a week and only had a small rack to hang our clothes with 6 coat hangers. Would be much easier with a set of drawers as we like to unpack all our clothes to stop them creasing. Staff friendly and helpful, we had a lovely surprise of wine and a birthday card which was such a kind touch. Would recommend staying here, would stay again xx "

We were really well looked after by Margarita and Angela, who were friendly, knowledgeable and always keen to help. It’s located in a quiet area, which suited us fine and a short walk from the beach.
