"Property was as described,-lovely with plenty of space and everything you needed and exceptionally clean. Paride was very happy to help and accommodate any requests. Thoughtful food items left in the cupboards as well as a delicious tiramasu which didn't last long! Trains into venice pretty much ran on time which was great. "i loved this hotel. i was upset that i could not have dinner in the main room which was cherrier than the Desco room. I found some of the reception desk people very helpful. Some were kind of grumpy however. The maids were very friendly. So were the workers in the Desco restaurant as well as in the main room at breakfast. "
