Property was outdated in areas. Stuff were asked to fix certain things in our room which never happened i.e. the showerhead felt like you’ll be water blasted. I’m not a pleasant experience in the bathroom and general cleanliness is not to scratch cutlery cups no vacuuming and general light cleaning only not great don’t think I’ll be back.

Shower tiles where mould or dirt in grout, traffic noise alot hard to sleep, bed was terrible , a/c noisey and rattles, no evening dining only room service available at extra cost I have stopped at alot of motels this would have to be the worst and yes I will tell everyone I know not to book at the Metro Hotel.

Overall good, but could have been better.
The staff were really friendly, the room was big with an awesome view, and it was relatively clean. However, we had some issues. Firstly, our door had been opened at 730 a.m. one morning. We spoke to the front desk multiple times and were told only certain people had access to security cameras. A message was supposedly sent to the on-site manager, but no one contacted us. In addition, the laundry area had 2 washers and 2 dryers. They were old, but worked fine. One of dryers was missing the wall part in front of the filter, so our socks got sucked into the filter. The problem is that the staff used the machines, as well. They have an off-site cleaning service. They should not be using guest facilities. Finally, they need to have signs for guests to use. Some days, we didn't want cleaning, yet they entered the room while we gone. We had to tell the staff the day of and hoped the crew got the message. Plus, the toilet pipe had a leak (clean water, thank goodness). The rug had some old, dark stains. Overall, it was a good stay, but it had the potential to be better.
