"We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment....

"An absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning views over the Tevere Valley towards Assisi. All rooms are comfortable and clean but you will spend most of your waking time in the main living room where there are windows on three sides. The balcony is large enough for a meal for two, and the kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to cook it. The hosts are fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment."

Zia Manos met us when we got lost upon arrival and directed us to the location and even helped us with our luggage. "We are Australians in Italy for the first time. We enjoyed our week in Perugia. No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting....

"We were one of the first groups to stay at this newly renovated, Perugia apartment. This three bed, 2 bath apartment was the perfect size for three couples. We enjoyed being walking distance to the escalators that bring you up to the city center. The kitchen was well appointed for meals that we decided to eat in.
