"Took us forever to find the hotel. The address was taking us to a different location nearby. There’s no signs or names written out anywhere to be able to see anything. Shower head was broken, bathroom was just dirty in general. Air conditioner did not have the right remote. If it wasn’t for my husband powering it on from the system itself, we wouldn’t have any ac all night."

"Property was a standard holiday villa. Its major plus points is 1. The location is brilliant - in a very quiet area in the village overlooking fields 2. "Once found, the location is pretty good. And that took a fair amount of help from a patron of a nearby taverna. Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. No on-site contact, and only some phone numbers that leaves one on hold. All that said, Larnaka is a great place"

"All was ok and the staff were lovely, especially in the guy in the vino bar who took time to go through the wines and provide his recommendations. Only disappointment was the food on floor 5. My pizza was essentially something you can get from a supermarket and put in the oven. My partner ordered the burger, they had put his bacon on my pizza instead. Additionally his patty burger was slightly grey and slimy. We did enjoy our meal on the ground floor where i had delicious duck"

" I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Addison Beach Resort in Cyprus, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The food at the resort was another highlight. Each meal offered a wonderful selection of dishes, all beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. However, I did encounter a significant issue during my stay that I believe needs addressing. The hallway leading to the garden rooms, which are marketed as their VIP accommodations, was quite dirty. The flooring was stained and in desperate need of cleaning or even replacement. This was surprising given the otherwise high standards of the resort, especially for rooms that are considered premium. On a positive note, I requested a late checkout and, although my original room was booked for another guest, the hotel staff went above and beyond by providing us with a new room at no extra charge. "The Leonardo was a great value for the money and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a day in Larnaca while in transit at the end of a long trip, and after a day of airports and planes it was a real treat to land in such a clean, tastefully appointed, serene hotel. Super comfortable bed and and excellent hot shower--I didn't want to leave! The little balcony off the room was a fun bonus. I needed to work during my stay so paid the add-on cost of the business lounge, which is small but tasteful as well with a good supply of snacks and drinks available throughout the day--and again, a quiet oasis during a hectic trip. Thanks to the friendly and professional staff for making it a lovely stay."
