"This place is by far a great location. Its quit convenient for people who dont like to stay in the city but, still close enough to drive there. The GINN Hotel itself is outstanding. Friendly staff, Great food (except the price for breakfast is alittle rough 22 euro for one single person), bar is outstanding ( just need to know how to make the drinks they advertise), rooms are nice with a good few of the river ( i only paid alittle over 250 for 3 nights 4 days), and lastly parking isnt free but,...

"The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks."

"We stayed for two nights over the new year to help our dog and newborn baby cope better with the fireworks -- Germany has crazy loud fireworks. We had one of the inner facing business rooms on the fifth floor. "We booked two suites over Christmas and wow they are huge!! They were clean and felt luxurious. Bed was large and comfy, as we're the sofa beds. "The property has a nice vibe and is located in a nice side street to Ku’damm with eateries and bakeries nearby. Gragger bakery has great sourdough breads. The people at the reception were very nice and friendly, but not particularly knowledgeable; they seemed pretty inexperienced. The biggy up rooms have the bedrooms to the street (so they are loud) and the living rooms towards the courtyard where it’s quiet-- the layout doesn’t make much sense. "
