"I started in one of the larger apartments, which mercifully does not face the busy motorway in the other side of the building. The kitchenette is well equipped. There are some maintenance issues, such as the shower drain being clogged with hair (yuck) and the shower head being almost completely broken. The place could do with a regular schedule of repairs."

"The apartment is in a good location to enjoy a visit to Munich. Tram 17 stops just a few feet from the apartment. An S-Bahn station is only a 10 minute walk away. "The room was great, both in terms of cleanliness and price. Very modern and the kitchenette came with everything you could need to cook which really saved us some money. The only bad thing about this property is the location. It got a little sketchy at night and the women I was with were catcalled both nights we were there by men on the walk from the train to our hotel. "Nice, modern place, secure, great pillows and beds. Loved the breakfast! It lasted a long time and had great choices for food. We also loved the late check out time. The only downside was the bathroom which doesn't have a vent so the room get steamy and moist. Also annoying is that the light switch to the bathroom is on the outside so that the light wakes people when you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night."
