"A clean and well maintained hotel with everything we needed for a week in Mallorca. The rooms are a good space fitted out nicely with a small kitchenette which we used to cook a couple of meals. The beds are comfortable and the airconditioning was excellent even when the outside temperature was in the 30s. Our room had a balcony with a sea view which was a nice bonus. The pool is nice and wasn't too busy when we were staying. The hotel is just off the main street through Paguera, meaning...

"Hotel was pleasant enough though it most certainly isn't a four star. A little tired in places, it could definitely do with a lick of paint, during closed season. Staff, whilst not unfriendly, were certainly not welcoming, either. My wife described them as "businesslike". That'll do. "

"We accidentally arrived before checkin opened as we were on the way to a wedding but they were so incredibly accommodating. Made us feel so welcome, offered us a drink and some snacks all free of charge. The guy behind the desk even gave us a lift to the wedding and didn’t expect anything in return. "It was unclear whether we could get food as the hostel website said definetly no but reviews spoke about how good the food was. When we got there we found there was dinner and breakfast available but it had been a bit confusing. It is important to make this clearer as there are no restauarants or shops anywhere nearby. The host was a bit off hand with some of the guests."
