"Just a short walk from the train station and then you are right in the middle of the city. Close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Room was clean with plenty of space. Staff was really friendly and I appreciated the free coffee anytime. Would definitely stay again."

"The staff was helpful and responsive, but our room had an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom drain. Having the windows open helped but didn’t cure it. The staff offered to move us for the second day, but we elected to remain where we were so as not to have to repack. "

"We were upgraded to a larger room but were disappointed that it did not have a shower only a hand held one over the bath. The room was however comfortable and had a great view and we appreciated the gift of biscuits but would have liked milk with the room coffee. There did not appear to be a room telephone to request this so we did not bother. Staff at reception were very friendly and breakfast was very good. Special mention goes to the waiter on the bar who made us the best off menu...
