Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. If you are traveling to Brazil you should stop by this area and have Castle experience. Highly recommended place !!!! Don't miss this hot spot when you in Brazil ! Greg and Zara form New York City

O valor cobrado da diaria é muito alto para que o hotel oferece. O quarto sequer tinha persiana. O ar condicionado ficava estalando ha todo tempo e o telefone estava quebrado. Disponibilizam um whats para atendimento que no 1º dia demorou 30 min para responder. Experiência ruim , não voltarei.

Quarto excelente de otimo tamanho, camas e travesseiros bons, banheiro bom. O ruim do hotel é o seu restaurante, tudo banhado em óleo, ficamos frustados pois escolhemos o hotel por ter tudo mas a cozinha deixou muito a desejar. O que pareceu que a cozinha nao tinha nenhum cuidado. Pra se ter ideia eu gastei todo o guardanapo na mesa para secar pastel e bolinhas de queijo. Literalmente banhada no oleo.

Pagamos 4 mil por duas diárias durante o Carnaval. Como foi muito caro, esperava mais do hotel. Minha filha se divertiu bastante com a temática medieval. Chuveiro ótimo. Ac esfriava muito bem. Funcionários muito atenciosos e solícitos. Mas o hotel precisa de uma reforma. O cheiro e a limpeza do quarto deixavam a desejar. Tinha um buraco no teto. Janela imunda.

Quarto ao entrar tinha cheiro de cigarro, espelho do banheiro rachado e vazava muita água do box no banheiro. Parte de diversão para crianças com conservação ruim e nada para fazer tivemos que ir para outro hotel em day use.
