Funcionarios da recepção são bem atenciosos, assim como o manobrista. Quartos limpos e bem arrumados e cheirosos. Ao chegar para o check in, somos recebidos com uma mesa cheia de quitutes na recepção. Pontos negativos: por ser um hotel mais compacto, não tem frigibar nos quartos, as toalhas de banho não enxugam direito, vc ainda fica molhado, o cobertor para cobrir, é bem fino e eu peguei um frio de 12º à noite, a sorte foi que levei meu edredon no carro. O local para o café da manhã é pequeno e não comporta quando o hotel está cheio…e os hospedes tem que fucar numa fila esperando pra tomar café. Os funcionários da cozinha não estão preparados para muitos hospedes, pois faltava talheres e pratos para o café….

Bom custo benefício com desorganização no café
Hotel com uma boa infraestrutura para o que se propõe , meu quarto estava limpo mas pode ser visto um pouco de moto na parede mas sem cheiro, até compreensível pelo clima úmido. O café da manhã estava com muita fila e não tinham nem utensílios suficientes para atender, fiquei pelo menos uns 30 minutos para conseguir sentar e para tomar café foi aos poucos, pois, faltava copos e pratos

Péssima experiência
Petrópolis é uma cidade linda com um trânsito infernal com ruas estreitas e sem local para parar. O estacionamento é um crime, fica uma subida íngreme e extremamente perigosa para chegar até ele a pé, com bagagem nem pensar. O Ibis tem que descontinuar aquilo. O acesso ao bloco B é outro desastre.

Uma cama para dormir, o hotel possui estacionamento porem fica em uma ladeira ingrime ao lado do hotel. O suposto valet eu nunca consegui usar - a mesma pessoa que estaciona é a mesma que vê as portas dos quartos. Meu quarto designado a porta não fechava e depois de uma hora de checkin me falaram que eu deveria trocar de quarto. O hotel possui dois predios não conectados, ou seja, se você ficar a partir do 3º andar você tera que pegar suas malas e atravessar andando o lance de escadas para depois pegar outro elevador.

Precisa melhorar e muito
Experiência péssima, já cheguei tento que subir de elevador, depois um grande lance de escada e depois elevador de novo, super cansativo. Nos quartos não eram paredes então dava para ouvir tudo de todos os quartos, não era lençol de elástico então saiam atoa, toalhas mais finas que um lençol e sem falar do café da manhã que estava péssimo, até os ovos mexidos eram ruins e o estacionamento que fica em uma ladeira, um caos toda vez que tinha que ir buscar o carro ou ir deixá-lo. Não gostei, e não recomendo.

Pontos positivos: excelente localização, bom atendimento, café da manhã com variedades, recepção aconchegante. Pontos negativos. Apartamento muito pequeno, não tem frigobar, estacionamento com acesso difícil (tem manobrista porém não eh 24h) Sugestões: como não possui restaurante no local acho q seria importante ter frigobar nos quartos e ainda disponibilizar microondas em uma área comum para os hóspedes. Acho também q deveria ter um acesso em cada andar para saída e entrada nos estacionamentos superiores.

Bom Hotel, porém peca em pontos básicos.
O tempo para realizar o check in é absurdamente longo, acredito que deveriam trabalhar nisso urgentemente, pois ao chegar precisamos ficar em pé em uma longa fila para aguardar o momento do check in. O Hotel cobra um pouco mais caro em período de alta temporada (Festival Bauernfest) porém não oferece o necessário para justificar o valor: Além do problema no check in, já mencionado, a equipe não estava dando conta de repor o café da manhã, tendo apenas uma única funcionária para limpar as mesas, repor os itens e repor as louças, tornando a experiência caótica e nada prática. Por fim, o hotel é bom, limpo e espaçoso, mas peca em pontos básicos e simples. Para fazer o check out, também foi necessário enfrentar uma fila. É indicado para quem quer se hospedar em um hotel “ok”, tem paciência e pouca pressa.
