Renovated duplex chalet in a place over a thousand meters high, with balcony, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, just 25 minutes from the center of Teresópolis.

The site is located on the Teresópolis-Friburgo Road, km 14, accessed by a road, in good condition, of 3 km of land with paved parts.

The common area of the site has more than 1 million square meters, 2 swimming pools, barbecue, ecological trails and games room. These spaces are shared with other chalets, if they are occupied.

Passei dias maravilhosos. Natureza, silêncio,paz : isso resume tudo. Ambiente limpo,casa espaçosa, lazer para as crianças. Recomendo.
