"The only negative for this hotel is the lack of car park. Other than that, it’s everything you need. Clean, tidy, modern and well equipped. The staff are friendly and within walking distance are so many shops, bars and eateries. Appeared family friendly too."

"Lovely quality hotel with great attentive staff. Easy walking distance into Bath. So great location. The pool and spa area is looking a little tired. Some of the mosaic tiles are missing around the outside pool and because of this my hair was pulled a bit when it got caught in one of the gaps. Would ..."
