"The resort staff is very nice. Great private beach. We had problem when checking and found out the second room is on a second floor with a very steep stairs. We asked them to open the sofa bed so my mom can sleep on since she couldn't get up the stairs. They insisted that we have to pay for the "extra" sofa bed. We told them this is not for an extra guess. It's because we couldn't get up to use the second room. It took almost an hour for the receptionist to call her manager to get the approval...

"The hotel is nestled within a beautiful garden overlooking the ocean with great sized and comfortable rooms. The best aspect of the hotel by far is the staff. Everyone has been so friendly and accommodating ensuring we wanted for nothing. This included hosting an amazing anniversary dinner for us with delicious courses on the pool terrace that couldn’t have been any more special. We are incredibly thankful to the staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a very special stay."

"The beach here is beautifully kept and the sunset live music from the staff on a Saturday at the beach bar was a great way to start the evening. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the pools were great but in need of a little TLC to replace the missing tiles. The rooms were large and plenty of storage. Always easy to get a cab into Mui Ne to check out the many bars, shops and restaurants on offer."

"We had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast has many choices. The foods are tasty and the staffs are very courteous. We will definitely come back and stay here again on our next vacation. Thank you! "

"The room was run down. Walls were falling apart fuzz balls behind headboard. Towels were stained, shower temperature goes from cold to hot then very hot, in the lowest setting. The property is right on the beach, with a nice pool but beach is dirty (that is for everyone regardless of where you stay.) Next door is a dumpsite. Eating facility is nice right by the beach. "
