"Hotel itself was very nice & clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. My only downfall was that there was no information given on where exactly the parking garage was. Had to drive around the block a few times until I found after calling the hotel which they were very nice and helpful. Additionally, I had forgotten something in my car after it was taken into valet. I asked the man very nicely if I could grab it & he said he would bring my item down. He ended up bringing my entire car down &...

"This was a great place to stay in Philly! Walkable to lots of historic sites, good food, and stores! Easy to take the train from the airport and walk to the hotel. "

"We booked a room with a king bed via hotels.com, but they didn't have any available when we arrived. While disappointing, the mattresses ended up being comfortable, and they gave us a free parking voucher, which more than made up for it, although the receptionist seemed to indicate that was included in our package anyway. In any case, we weren't expecting that perk, so all in all, we were satisfied. "
