The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Joshua, who checked me in. My room was very spacious and I had access to everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and other amenities. I would recommend La Reserve to friends, family, and anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area.

This is a wonderful B&B in the heart of Philadelphia. The location was perfect - easy to walk everywhere or catch the subway! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast delicious with fresh fruit, pastries, omelettes, yogurt, etc... Sharing a meal at the family-style table made it easy to chat with the others guests, adding to the charm of the experience. Maria and Dennis were amazing, friendly, and so helpful! We will definitely returns!

This was a quaint historical place in a quiet area near Rittenhouse Square. We stayed in the Chatham suite, which was surprisingly large. The shower was a little on the small side, and it took a long time for the hot water to make it up to the 4th floor, but it worked, which was the important thing. The breakfast was delicious, and the hostess was super friendly. Although the suite was on the 4th floor, the number of stairs per floor was not as bad as feared, so carrying luggage up the stairs was do-able.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel ganz nett. Da alles sehr alt ist hat es so seinen Charme- uns gefiel das. Was wir bei der Buchung scheinbar übersehen haben ist, dass wir uns das Bad mit einem weiteren Zimmer auf der Etage teilen mussten. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätten wir es nicht gebucht. Das hat mich gewaltig gestört. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse ok. Die Parksituation ist unglücklich- in der Nähe ist ein Parkhaus 24 Stunden- 25 $.

La Reserve was a pleasant surprise for us. We enjoyed our stay, including the great breakfast. The location can't be beat as it is walkable to the entire center city area. The staff are very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We will certainly look to stay here again when we visit Philadelphia in the future.

Beautiful and Well-Done rooms in the property. Staff were very accommodating and kindly helped us, even when we needed to check out before leaving Philadelphia later that afternoon. The breakfast was fresh and a great bonus to our stay. At the moment there's roadworks around the property, so one bus stop was out of action, but the SEPTA/transport website is up to date & there are other public transport options available, including a bit of a walk if you use the Phlash Tourist bus line, which stops not at, but a bit of a walkable trek from the Property. The important part is being able to look up the most up-to-date information:)
