A beautiful kitchen with all the utensils you may need greets you when you enter the apartment. The first floor is a straight through open layout with the half bathroom, dining room, living room (with the couch that converts to a bed), kitchen (which has the door that leads to the backyard private patio).
The second floor of the house has 3 bedrooms, with a total of 3 beds. The master's bathroom is on the second floor while the half bath is on the first floor. The Master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom has a lovely street view. The first floor has a couch that pulls out to a bed that sleeps 2. If you like, I have air mattresses as well if you prefer an air mattress over the couch bed. The air mattress plugs into the wall and inflates itself, this mattress sleeps 2 people. It’s queen-sized. Pillows and bedsheets are provided for the air mattress or the couch. The washing machine and dryer are dedicated to the entire apartment and they are located in the basement.

FULL AMENITY HOUSING: Bright (Large Windows), Roomy, Brand New Renovation, Individually remote-controlled, wall-mounted AC/Heating. Brand New Washer and Dryer Units. Fully equipped kitchens with pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware. All Amenities Provided.

Living in the area provides a compact urban feel to residents. There are several pubs, restaurants, cafes and parks in the area.
Also, the neighborhood is walkable — most errands can be done on foot. A rider's paradise of world-class public transport. It's the paradise of a biker — a bike can run everyday errands.

The property is minutes away from 1-76, PA Airport and has convenient local transportation. The property is near Drexel University and directly around the corner from the Drexel Field. The property is also 10 minutes away from 2 Major Hospitals. Great location for commuters who do business or go to school in the area. As far as proximity to both Drexel and UPenn. One block west of the house is Drexel’s athletic fields where they play their outdoor sports. Penn and Drexel campus consists of many buildings spread out across a large area, to be right in the heart of either campus main area is a short 5 minute drive at most.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.

- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. After which time they will be donated at management discretion
