The worst hotel experience I have had. We waited in line for one hour to check-in. Rooms were not ready and it was chaos. No apologies no communication. Turns out computer issues - management needs training. Everyone there should have been refunded. Horrible.

The hotel staff was terrible. We checked in in the room smells like cigarettes smoke. My husband went down to ask them to move us and she said she would call us in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, my husband went down and she said she had gotten him another room and gave him the key. He went to the room, but the key didn’t work. After getting into the room, the furniture was broken, there were no towels, toiletries or any amenities. Would call housekeeping to bring them and they wouldn’t come. Went downstairs and both bars was closed. We asked what the options were and she shrugged her shoulders. Great could be a nice hotel , except the supervisor at the front desk was terrible.

I booked the hotel through expedia and had terrible UI experience wherein cancellation did not go through. The hotel still charged me entire amount for no-show. Most hotels charge lower amount for no-show.

Staff was excellent out front and inside. Lobby was beautiful. Hotel was central shopping and restaurants. Rooms could definitely use a face lift and were and smelled a bit damp.

Our VIP access and upgraded room looked like a glorified dorm room. Scars on all the furniture, filthy carpet, the bathroom sink didn’t work right nor the phone and 3 miniature shampoo body wash wasn’t sufficient for one person let alone two. And we paid over $200 for this dump. What a mistake! I also found the front desk staff unhelpful and uninterested.
