Stayed for 3 nights. Housekeeping never came once. Breakfast in the pics is NOT included (charged $10 for a piece of toast). Elevators were broken. Room was dated. Giant wet stain (assuming it was urine) on one of our beds. Hotel and staff smell like marijuana. Only good thing was location proximity to the Liberty Bell. Will never stay here again.

Our room didn’t have any hot water, called the front desk and they moved us to another that had working hot water, they serve breakfast but it’s not included in the stay but overall my stay was pretty decent

Came here to go check out an Eagles game. Stores were at walking distance, restaurants at walking distance. Staff was friendly as we asked if we could get a better view of the city and they accepted and accommodated our request. Super friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint I have was my DoorDash was delivered and they downstairs staff did not inform me. I guess the DoorDash is not allowed to deliver to the door. Very unfortunate for I never received my order and paid twice for it! So be aware when ordering.

So first and foremost I only decided to come to this property because I kept seeing 10 out of 10, but I had a surprise,I feel like location is pretty good but upon arrival, I decided to pay the $40 park in their parking lot,which is not bad but there’s hardly any parking in the parking lot so we had to park at the very top which were mattresses and trash bags, which seemed maybe there was someone sleeping up there so I went back down hoping to find a spot luckily someone was leaving the bathroom was not up to par. Water pressure was horrible. The tub stopper was stuck underneath the sink handle with disgusting one of the lights in the room did not work if I was traveling alone, then I would not have really made a fuss, but I was with my autistic son and nephew, I honestly wasn’t too happy about that. Also, the curtains was very stained and nasty. I definitely will not be returning.

The property is nice but my room wasn't properly cleaned. There was food all over the chair, the tub was dirty on arrival, the refrigerator was not turned on and there were no tissues in the room and you could only take a shower because the tub thing was broke. I didn't complain because it was New Year's eve and we were only there for one night. I just cleaned up. I can say the staff at the front desk were very pleasant. The property appears to be very clean until you enter hotel your room.
