Front desk staff was very helpful by first accommodating a late checkout and then an extra-day stay. Showed concern for customer's problems necessitating the extra day. Housekeeper was friendly, cheerful, helpful. Convenient parking. Excellent bed.

The restaurant was terrible. inconvenient hours, limited menu. The Quesadilla I had was terrible. the waiter took it back and off our bill- that was good. That left me with ho-hum pasta. AND.... who serves pasta without garlic bread or even a roll-Wyndham Philly does. No salad. Rafael was our waiter and he was great. this is not a $300 hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.

We stayed 4 nights and asked room to be cleaned twice. It was cleaned on our third night. I talked to front office staff and asked twice to have it cleaned - she took my info but nothing was done. Ordered room service only to be told that we would have to go downstairs and pick it up ourselves????? Property is dated and needs an upgrade - bathrooms were not the cleanest. Would not stay here again

The bar/restaurant staff left a lot to be desired. Additionally, we planned to eat at the hotel after the symphony since the website said that it was open til 10. We were told, in no uncertain terms, that they closed at 9 and the website just hadn’t been updated. It was 9:10 when we got there. It was suggested we get chips or candy from the snack shop.

From the parking garage to the Elevator , it was very run down and dirty. The lobby was bright and clean. Once you step off the elevator to your room… the hallway was dark and dated, felt very grimy. The room felt the same and there was a rat trap behind the bed.

I just stayed for the night to see a concert, however, the bed sheets and towels had stains. When I woke up the next morning it was very loud, I heard other guests opening and closing doors and a lot of banging. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the lobby was beautiful.

I used the hotel for a work trip that lasted a few days. The staff were truly great. Friendly & responsive. There were a few inconveniences (ie iron didn’t work, elevator didn’t work) & their response time was great. The property was conveniently located downtown where I would walk daily to get my meals and my daily excercise. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
