The room did not appear to be properly cleaned. There was a green floss toothpick on the floor that seemed to have been left by a previous guest, and a long blonde hair on the table. I requested housekeeping to come and clean the room, but no one came.

At check in was told that airport shuttle runs every hour on the hour, so be down in the lobby by 3:50 am because I wanted to leave for the airport at 4:00am.
