"This house is beautiful. Perfect setting. We really enjoyed the private setting. Didn't mind the 10-15 minute drive to Mirada(nearest restaurants/gas station). Perfect location for the Avenue of the Giants. The house is immaculate. Great sitting areas both inside and out. Security fence with private gate. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Property is beautiful. Waterfront is so nice. Definitely not super fancy but does the job. French press coffee only. Did not like that. One had a crack in it. Our only real complaint was the number of flies we had to kill every afternoon in the kitchen. If the owner fixed the kitchen door this won’t be a problem. Beautiful place. Would stay again. Would have liked a microwave and kcup coffee pot."

"We had a great time at the property!! Spent a night after hiking the lost coast, and it was so magical to soak in the hot tub and sleep in real beds again. The host was super quick to answer any questions, and Shelter Cove is SO adorable! "

"We loved this place! We had the benefit of being the first renters and most everything seemed new. This was our first time seeing the Northern California coast and this place didn’t disappoint. We were just a short drive to restaurants and the general store and within walking distance to a breathtaking section of the coast. Come here to relax, eat good food, and watch some killer sunsets. Even our dog couldn’t help but unwind with some long naps!"

"We loved this little cabin! It had everything we needed! One thing to be aware of: the local pickleball community has adopted part of the street leading to the cabin as their courts. They’ll move to let you by, but it gets a bit crowded at times and they’re less than thrilled about stopping play to move their nets. Other than that, it was excellent!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this mountain hill home. So clean and comfortable. It was equipped with the necessary high speed wi-fy as well as 2 smart tvs. We did have a couple of issues that were quickly resolved by the owner and property manager as communication with them was excellent. The mountain and valley views from the front porch was magnificent. This was our second stay at this home and will definitely request it again in the future trips!"
