We loved this hotel it was in a great area near the royal palace. The room was great and an amazing shower. The staff were fantastic and helpful. Breakfast was great and yummy. I loved the pancakes and eggs benedict. The pool was great only downside was having to walk up to pool. Would stay here again.

Wonderful service, especially the restaurant staff. The breakfast was delicious. Also ate lunch and dinner there and it was very good as well. Hotel is in a great location - just a few minutes from the palace. The rooftop view is amazing and the pool is very clean. If I had to improve anything it would be to add a full length mirror in the room and a small sink in the bathroom as there’s only one outside in the room itself. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is just great, no other words. Everything was well presented and clean, both the room and the common areas. The staff was really kind and they quickly helped us with our requests. Everybody spoke good English. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices, both sweet and salty. If we'll go back to Phnom Penh, we'll stay here again for sure. They truly deserve the best!

First of all would like to thank every one at the chiya palace hotel for making part of our stay a wonderful one . Excellent Hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh close to so many restaurants and coffee shops, Grand palace, temples,mall and night markets and mekong river, the staff is so friendly and helpful, the food and drinks are so good and we enjoyed the pool and the view , I highly recommend this hotel this is definitely not my last time I will surely be back thank you once again ...
