"The Pavilion is a beautiful property once you get inside. Doesn’t look impressive from the street but when you enter it is an oasis of tranquility. Excellent service and beautifully laid out. Getting a room with a private pool was worth the extra cost."

"Great location close to river and food options. Unfortunately, the room a little smaller than expected and also a few insects found (not cleaned well). Staff need training, wanted to extend the stay by one day but was told nothing available and got a little rude when pushed to find something. Logged on to Hotels.com and booked the same room for the extension. Aheem!! Many boutique hotels in Phnom Penh, so take your pick!! "

"The room I selected showed a balcony picture and said there was a balcony there wasn't, said there was hot water there was none,said they spoke English they didn't, said there was a newspaper there wasn't,safe in room was broken,they didn't even have my booking when I arrived,the small window in the room wasn't to the outside just a vent,room had plastic flowers and very claustrophobic,too small .Internet was barely usable, couldn't connect 90 percent of the time,the lobby is a store.Good...
