Family room with minimum required kitchen utensils was comfortable for family in case of light cooking in the dinner times. "We very much enjoyed our stay at the Palace Gate Hotel! Our suite was huge and comfortable, with great views. The common areas are lovely. The staff were all super nice and helpful in the hotel (less so in the restaurant for breakfast). Communication was excellent starting even before our arrival. We would skip the breakfast buffet next time though, since the staff couldn’t care enough to keep hot coffee available, and the supposedly warm food was usually cold. "The Golden House International Hotel is an excellent family run hotel right in the middle of the Riverside action. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The appearance is Khmer rather than ‘international’ and the beds are a little firm. Bathrooms are old fashioned but perfectly functional. It’s not for everyone, if you’re looking for a quiet serene retreat this isn’t for you. But if you like night action and appreciate very good value, you can’t really go wrong with this hotel. "

"フロントの対応良く夜中のチェックインでしたが素早く対応していただきました。部屋の清潔感がありトイレも問題なく使用できエアコンの効きも良かったです。家具やカーテンも染みがなくグラスや食器も清潔でした。セーフティボックスが壊れていたようで直ぐに対応していただきました。ただ、4泊中に2回バスタオルが交換されてなかったのが残念でした。 中心部なので何処に行くにも便利でした。 フロントの男性の方の日本語が印象的で上手でした。お世話になりました。 また、宿泊します。"
