This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, is located in the highly acclaimed, master planned community of Estrella Mountain Ranch. My wife and I both work together on cleaning the house for 3 hours after each guest leaves. We do our best to wash and clean everything in the house. Not only are the sheets and towels washed, but we regulary wash comforters as well. It is beautifully decorated and equipped for your comfort. This is your home- away- from -home. A place you'll want to come back to. Located on a short, quiet and safe street with a neighborhood park. Very little through traffic. The backyard is designed for entertaining and includes a 5 person hot tub, Webber gas barbecue, water feature, dining set plus ample additional lawn chairs.The home is 2450 sq' with wood floors, plantation shutters, open design with large great room, living room, kitchen & dining area. Master bedroom has an ensuite bath with two sinks, soaker tub, separate shower, private water closet and large walk-in closet The second bath is shared with the three guest rooms and includes a tub/shower combo with two sinks.The media center in the great room has a 60' high definition smart TV. Air-conditioned throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms. Renters have full access to the garage, for parking, storing golf clubs and such.

Spent the weekend in Phoenix/Sedona/Avondale area for the Spartan race and the property was a great base for us. It was very clean in a nice neighborhood with easy access to food and retail stores. The jacuzzi was very useful after a long day of racing. Great stay!!

Relaxing downtime

Perfect Arizona getaway
This house was huge and beautiful, the floor plan was perfect and it fit all of our needs and then some. Paul was wonderful to rent from, he was easy to get ahold of, very helpful when we needed him (to figure out how the community pool worked). Our stay was wonderful, Estrella falls is a quiet and beautiful community with everything you could ever need. We are so happy with our stay!

Paul and his wife were very nice-Large home-would be perfect for a small family. My husband did not enjoy the backyard-no mountain view just the wall. Otherwise if one likes the town of Goodyear--great home to stay -while in the area.

Family wedding trip
This home is lovely, open and easy to access. We plan on staying here again. We wanted to stay in the neighborhood of my brother's home so this fit. There was 5 of us, parents 89 & 91, and us 3 daughters. Single story was important as was open space to spend time together. This home was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our stay. Close to groceries and fast food, walking distance to Clubhouse and pool. Our host was easy to contact and very helpful. Kitchen, supplies, linens,etc. all well stocked and check out process was easy.

Huge House Comfortable Stay
Beautiful large home with room for a quite a few more people than our small family. Host was a great communicator and worked on a problem with the hot tub. Would have liked to have used it the first day but we understand. Great space, in a wonderful neighborhood. Would gladly say there again.
