The staff lied about my stay saying they could not rent to me and two teenage girls due to carpet being dirty. When we cleaned the room ourselves during our stay and asked to vacuum everyday we were there as to we are very clean individuals. When asked what they meant my dirty carpet they could not give a clear explanation. They Inconvinced us as we were already dealing with a lot the story didn’t make any since mind you I had broke out in hives during my stay figured I had ate something advised them after being told about the dirty carpet it all made since the room had been dirty before our stay obviously. People use those rooms constantly walking in and out with dirty shoes from all over so to penalize a guest due to a dirty carpet is not very fair when the carpets could have been dirty 2-3 guest before not very happy and would take pictures before and after stay.

This location is "RACIST" and the CORPORATE office cosigned this behavior!! I will NEVER go to this LOCATION ever again. The day manager is a "RACIST" THE GENERAL MANAGER is a WICKED RACIST LADY also. I EXPLAINED to GENERAL MANAGER about my situation and she had no sympathy or empathy and they refused to allow me to keep my reservation!!! They cancelled my reservation at the last minute because I had words with the "MANAGER" because she was trying to bully me and talk down to me disrespectfully, so I gave her the same energy which they did not like!!! BUT whether you BELIEVE in GOD OR NOT you reap what you SOW!!!! BE AWARE of this LOCATION in PHOENIX!!!

Great four night stay. As an older woman I wanted a place that was safe and easy access to interstate. Great choice. Had a minor sink issue which was promptly corrected. Would choose this location again.

If you’re gonna be a hotel that offers breakfast included at least offer real eggs stop catering to the vegans with the powdered eggs charge more for the room to have real eggs.
