Perfect place!
This home was perfect in every way! Very kind owners, it was clean and well stocked, it’s in a perfect neighborhood, and the hot tub and ability to use the garage were added bonuses! We enjoyed playing the games and we could have made a great meal in the well appointed kitchen! (Too many good restaurants nearby though) The beds were comfy, they had fans and TVs in every room! We had a perfect stay, thank you so much!

Nice property and great location for my needs. Typical rental with older style decor and loose faucets. Lots of instructions posted for weekly renter requirements and what “not to do” items. Spa water looked Green and had a weird oder so it wasn’t used. Nice washer & dryer and amenities in kitchen. Bed very comfortable!

Pleasant stay
My buddy and I stayed here for an event at the Radford racing school. The house was clean and modern. The neighborhood was well-kempt and quiet (except for the noisy mourning doves and great-tailed grackles). There are three bedrooms. The two smaller ones had blackout shades, but the master for some reason didn't. I stayed in the master and my only complaint was the lack of blackout shades. It was hard to fall back asleep when the sun came up at 5am. The beds were comfortable and clean. I'd say medium firmness. Pillows were comfortable too, supporting all sleep positions. No strong fragrances on the sheets or comforter, which I really appreciated. The only complaint from my buddy was the neighbor next door and his dog barking at 5am, which happened all four days of the stay. Also, if you're renting a car, make sure you rent a compact if you plan on parking in the garage, as that's the only size that will fit, length-wise.

A very comfortable house in a great location
We loved this house and especially its location. There are very good reservations within a short drive. We really enjoyed St Amand Kitchen that was only 1/2 mile away. It is also very convenient to access the 101 and old town Scottsdale or other amenities. The house is very well equipped, and the kitchen is very nice size with all the pots, pans and appliances you would need. It has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. It has a very nice French Door fridge that holds a lot of food. Excellent cabinet and countertop space. Very convenient to have full size washer and dryer for extended stays. Easy access to golf, walking, biking and shopping. The hot tub and outside back yard is very nice. We would definitely recommend this house and we would come back here. The owners were very easy to work with.

Oasis in the Desert
This is a lovely and well maintained property in Chandler. Kristi and Jim were very accommodating and helpful. We stayed here for a few days to visit family in Chandler. The property is close to parks and has well marked bike trail. There are plenty of sidewalks for walking. We hope to stay there again!
