Great Stay
It was an awesome stay. The closest pool heater was broke, which made the water very cold, but refreshing. Other pools in the facility were fine. The three balconies caught morning and evening sun. Leah was great to deal with. We would recommend the condo to anyone.

Great location in nice neighborhood
The condo fit the description very well. The amenities were great with plenty of dishes and towels to meet our needs. It was super clean. The condo was right off the main road and was easy to find. It was close to several groceries and Taliesin West, which is where we wanted to visit. We took advantage of the pool, which was nice. We'd stay there again if we come back to Phoenix.

Wonderful Property
Our family of three spent a week in March at this property and had a wonderful time. The location was excellent for getting to all the attractions we wanted to do. The property is clean and comfortable. We loved having multiple balconies to relax on. The pools are always so peaceful. The check-in/out process was easy and contact free. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful Condo
We found the condo to be very clean and new. Good location, close to groceries and great restaurants. I took one star off because it is close to the busy roadway and it was too loud to open doors or windows. But if traffic doesn’t bother you, this is a really nice condo.

Living room table and kitchen table chair are broken and need replaced. Could use a fan in the 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy and struggling to run. Enjoyed the swimming pool

Scottsdale Fall Vacation
The property was very clean and close to golf & a great trail system. Easy access to the 101 Hwy that connects the Phoenix area. The actual property had a nice pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts that we enjoyed. The condo had everything that was described except the dryer work only on its schedule. Laundry was an annoying issue. Washer worked great and the dryer was hit and miss for sure.

Lovely updated condo. Everything is remodeled making the condo feel light and airy. Large couch and beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed having 2 tv’s and 2 thermostats. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Excellent value property.

Well I’m very sad to report that the property was not what we envisioned! The dryer wouldn’t work right. It kept shutting off. The light over the table had a short in it. We had no instructions as to where the dumpsters was or the pools or how to use the remotes! It looked like they didn’t finish remodeling maybe because of Covid but the drawers in the bathrooms didn’t fit and fell out . We liked the location but never had a message at all from anyone if we made it or were on time to leave. We would stay again if they fixed the items., but not until!
