We stayed for two night when we were in Mesa for a wedding. It was a great location and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.

I got here pretty late and wanted to get something to eat. There was nothing close but this facility has a kitchen. They cooked up some chicken wings for me and they were great. The lady that checked me in was great. Thanks

The property is centrally located to everything!!! The staff is fabulous and breakfast had real bacon and real fluffy eggs. It was decorated nicely for Christmas. Unfortunately for me I was on the fourth floor with a youth basketball team 3 nights out of 5. They were loud and obnoxious running up and down the hallway with no parental supervision after quiet hours had began. I even had someone knock on my door and run. To bad the parents just let their children do whatever. I guess there is not much Hyatt can do about this, however that is the only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating. Would stay here again.

This place is very convenient. It is close to many Phoenix attractions such as Papago Park etc. Parking is easy. The only problem we encounter is the noise. The air conditioner is noisy. And it is close to the airport. We can hear the noise from the airplane.
