Hello, good morning. I would like to register the nonconformities I found in the room during my stay at the hotel here in Arizona. Unfortunately, it was not pleasant. The room is full of dust on the furniture. My daughter is allergic and had an allergic reaction. On the bed next to the wall, there is a blood stain under the sheet, which was very unpleasant to see. The bathroom is old. The shower doesn't have much water, making it longer to wash your hair. I was going to make these complaints the day I checked in, but I couldn't find another hotel to go to. I ask that you analyze this situation and make improvements so that guests have a good stay. The La Quinta franchise needs to update its hotels, making them more comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately, this will be my last time using this hotel chain.

I enjoyed the weekend stay. Too short that I wanted to stay a bit more. My grandma was satisfied with the free breakfast and coffee. The area was great with a very convenient distance to couple gas stations and restaurants nearby. Even if the hotel is next to the freeway, transportation sounds were hardly audible from my room; I can't speak for others, but that was the case for me. Still wished I got to swim but unfortunately can't due to some unforeseen issues with the pool. The pool even looks wonderful no doubt. Overall, would come and stay there again.

Very nice property. Overall good staff. I did however mentioned to the staff that room smelled of pet urine. Didn’t mention this but, the bath tub seemed to have a long indented channel in the center of it. Was a little awkward standing in the tub and your feet wanting to position themselves awkwardly. Kinda makes your standing a little unbalanced. Think it’s a real hazard for an elderly person. Needs to be addressed. I was off balance both times I showered. Was a weird feeling like I wanted to fall forward the whole time. Very nice staff at the facility and very polite cleaning crew. Especially the African American lady. Very friendly and always smiled and said hello.
