The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large wall-mounted Smart TV (Netflix provided), a wireless charging station, dedicated workspace and a private ensuite bathroom. You can enter this vaulted room with a ceiling fan from the living room hallway, but thereās also a convenient door for easy access to the stunning backyard area - perfect for sneaking out for early morning dips in the sparkling pool, or evenings at the fire pit.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and muted Southwest colors for a relaxed atmosphere. Fall asleep by streaming your favorite show or movie (Netflix provided) on our new wall mounted Smart TV. Enjoy lush greenery right outside the window during the day, and warm lighting from bedside lamps during the night.
The third bedroom is perfect for any little ones in your group where they get to sleep on a bunk bed - twin bed over full with a twin trundle. Sleepovers have never been so fun! Cute animal pillows and artwork add a nice touch to make the kiddos feel comfortable. (Be sure to check out the closet for some things for the littlest of hands.) You can even set them up with a movie on our new Smart TV (Netflix provided) while the adults hang out in the family room.
The fourth bedroom sits at the end of the hallway, which affords guests in this room a little extra privacy. A new wall mounted SmartTV has been provided (Netflix included) allowing you to take a little extra quiet time in the bedroom. Youāll doze off quickly in the comfortable queen-sized bed and wake up rested for another full day of exploring Scottsdale or simply chilling by the pool!

The homeās two separate bathrooms allow guests to take their time in the luxurious showers without worrying about the whole group waiting on them. The first bathroom is a private ensuite to the primary bedroom and features a large glass walk-in shower, spacious double vanity, and a soaking tub for anyone in need of a little extra rest and relaxation. The second bathroom has a fully remodeled, curb-less shower. It sits off the main living area and has an accessible walk-in shower and dual vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience.
āā KITCHEN AND LOUNGE āā
The open-concept common area makes it easy to hang out as a whole group no matter which room youāre in. The interior spaces in this stunning home are beautifully decorated and filled with functional, modern furniture.
The open floor plan makes it easy for whoever is cooking to be a part of whatās happening in the family room, including watching TV. The stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and cooking basics give you everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. We even have plastic utensils and dishes for the little diners in your group.
Gather around the enormous island (seating for eight) for breakfast, cocktails, family dinner, or simply to keep the designated chef of your group company. If you prefer a more formal dinner, choose between the indoor and outdoor dining tables (both with seating for six). When the pool is full, you can hit the coffee bar and then get some work done at the built-in desk while itās quiet. Our starter supply of coffee pods, creamers, tea, and sugar will meet your caffeine needs for the first couple of days.
The living room is located just off the dining area and features a large Smart TV, couch, chairs, and a massive 6ā ceiling fan to keep you cool on the hottest days. If you canāt agree on what to watch for your family movie night, the family room is just as comfortable with an oversize sectional couch, Smart TV, fireplace, and classic arcade games or Golden Tee.
āā OUTSIDE SPACE āā
The private backyard area is the highlight of this home and is designed to give you the luxurious vacation you deserve. Enjoy the sparkling Pebble Tec pool (heating available for an additional fee) and choose between sun or shade thanks to the overhead sail shade. Thereās also a Baja shelf with in-pool loungers as well as premium sun loungers along the perimeter - plenty of options when it comes to relaxing and working on your tan!
The little ones in your group will love playing around on the newly installed turf, and thereās even a playhouse to let their young imaginations run wild.
While the kiddos play, the adults can grill up lunch on the Weber 3-burner natural gas BBQ, pick some fresh grapefruit from the tree in the corner (juicer available in the kitchen), or simply relax in front of the fire pit and hang out with family and friends. When youāre ready to venture out, there are several great restaurants, hundreds of golf courses, and other Scottsdale attractions just a short drive away.

We have a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage (220V) or a standard 110V outlet. The EV outlet is on a 50amp breaker capable of charging 12-80 miles per hour. Note that we do not offer any charging cables at this time - ONLY the outlet for level 1 or level 2 charging in the garage.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
Only 6 adults and 4 children allowed during a stay.
