This was a super convenient location for our hot air balloon adventure! The pool was amazing in the 95 degree weather! The house was clean and spacious.

House was very nice, convenient location to stores and restaurtants. Clean inside and out, comfortable, great amenities and easy to check in and out. Quiet neighborhood - nice pool (but too cool to use in November) and patio was very welcoming. Welcome book provided good suggestions for restaurants, we used the info! Family agreed we'd like to stay here again.

This Glendale house was clean, quiet, and as advertised in the listing. The patio was wonderful for coffee in the morning and grilling in the evening. We had a bit of trouble getting in when we first arrived but Justin responded immediately to help us out. Great house for a family or couples.

Property was well located for our itinerary. Unfortunately the weather was not good and we left one day early. The pool was not used and as it was cool out. Overall nice house and back yard. Would be great to stay when weather was warmer.

The property was very nice and looked exactly as advertised. The owners were very attentive and communicated quickly and efficiently. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. This property is close to all amenities, including grocery stores, gas stations, and other services. Also located within 30 minutes of both the airport and Sloan Park. I highly recommend this home if you need a place to stay in the Phoenix/Glendale area.

We got a late flight down from Seattle and the code I was given to open the door didn't work, and no one answered any the calls or texts to the support/host. We were just about to leave to go find a hotel, when I got a short text to try another random number. That worked so we got in - finally! No follow-up call or text that night or the next day saying what happened or apologizing. Nothing.The house was ok, clean and good location for visiting the Mariners spring training. All appliances and furniture were in good shape. Beds were pretty good. Ceiling fans in every room was nice. The kitchen cabinets were pretty beat up, drawers about to fall out. Pool not heated. No plastic cups for use poolside and not allowed to use glass. Could not start outdoor grill. No soap or body wash for showers, only shampoo.

I wish there were two categories of VRBOs - one for places that just give you the minimum for your stay and one for a place like this - nicely stocked. We had everything we needed for our stay - good towels, pool towels, coffee, snacks, spices, basic kitchen needs (oil, vinegar), soap and shampoo, paper towels, nice toilet paper. I suspect some of the kitchen items were left over from previous guests, but I like that they left them as opposed to taking all the supplies. The property was clean and private. The pool was nice, but a bit cold for us in March. We did enjoy just laying around the pool and dinners on the patio were great. I had one issue at check in - because I didn't read the directions correctly, and they responded right away! No other issues all week. If you like the Glendale area, this is a good choice.

Property was as described. Nice pool but not heated so we didn’t use. Nice beds and decorations. No laundry facilities available. Easy access and we felt safe there.
