Beautiful home for family trip

Absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom home with pool and hot tub! Lots of space for family to spread out. Nice quiet residential area in gated community. Near restaurants, grocery store and things to do.First time visitors to Mesa - came to see Cubs spring training and will definitely be back!

Wedding Trip

Very nice place in a quiet subdivision. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication was good and the check in/check out process was very easy. Only thing we noticed is that the floors were quite dirty. Noticed our son’s clothes and hands were dirty after crawling around for a couple of minutes. Other than that the place was amazing.

Mesa Marathon Stay

We traveled to Mesa for the Marathon and were delighted with the house we stayed in for our trip. Wonderful kitchen, back patio area and all the four bedrooms were in great condition. In the three properties we have stayed in for this trip the past three years it was the best!

The inside was great. The pool/spa only worked the last evening of my stay and this is why i rented this house, so listing was misleading.

Mother's day stay

Property appearance was nice. Hot tub pump didnt work so we were unable to use it. Cafe lights did not work so the patio area was poorly lit. Couch was pretty worn and not very comfortable. But the grandkids didnt care. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room for the family. Everyone slept comfortably and had fun in the pool. If everything had been in good working order our stay would have been even better.

Disappointing experience

Nice, large home in a lovely neighborhood. However, there was something wrong with the water lines and we continually experienced banging and rattling of water pipes behind the refrigerator and under the kitchen sink. A plumber was called but never showed up.While the family room furniture is nice, it is not very comfortable.There were many items we would have expected to be provided that were not such as dishwasher pods, extra paper towels, foil, baggies, waste baskets in every bathroom, a pen and scratch pad, dish cloths. The rugs in the master bedroom were filthy and I had to wash them before using.There are no TVs in the upstairs bedrooms or in any of the sitting areas except for the living room.The downstairs thermostat doesn't work.For the price we paid, I was not impressed.

House was very clean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen needs baking sheets. Out doors furniture and tables were very dirty. Out door grill was very dirty and no tools to cleaning. Grise in pan was fool. It took 2 times to empty the grise. We have to use paper towel to clean the grillOther wise a very nice stay.
