This property was absolutely immaculate. The attention to detail and amenities were outstanding. It was like being in a five star hotel but all wrapped up in a beautiful home. I’m so glad I booked this property during my time in Goodyear to celebrate my Aunts 70th birthday. I’d highly recommend and I would love to stay there again!!

We visited Goodyear for a week for sun and Spring Training games … did not disappoint! The house is lovely and the backyard has everything you could wish for. Beds were comfy, great room would accommodate many more than the 4 people we had, and it was so nice to have the washer and dryer. Lots of amenities in the area, we visited several restaurants, the welcome center and the golf course and enjoyed them all. We would stay here again, for sure.

Our entire family said OMG as we walked thru the door and it just got better from there! It had everything we needed and more!!! Comfy beds, relaxing living room, awesome pool, and a quiet wonderful community. I will return some day! Kevin and Billie Jean are super responsive and accommodating.

Our trip to Phoenix was great and this home was PERFECT! Walked in and we were very pleased. The house was even better in person than what the pictures showed online. The kitchen was beautiful and provided everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of space to spread out. Huge tvs in all rooms, Bluetooth speakers, game room, the works! Also the backyard was amazing! Weather was hot and the pool was really refreshing for us to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We loved the modern design and amenities! They had everything you would need and more. The game room was fun for all ages. The main living space is wide open and perfect for everyone to hangout at the same time even if you are doing different things. Even though it was 110 degrees the backyard pool was a perfect escape. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful property with lots to do. Close to Spring Training and NASCAR. Hiking trails nearby. Quiet neighborhood nestled in the foothills. When not exploring the area family enjoyed the pool, game room and putting range. We spent hours in the beautiful backyard. My granddaughter didn’t want to go home! Wonderful host and property, highly recommend.

My family stayed here and had such a great time. The house is beautiful and has everything and more that you could possibly need. The pool is beautiful and perfect, and there are so many things to do at the house including a putting green, game room with so many fun games, fire pit, and awesome outside grill area. Additionally, the neighborhood is fantastic. It is super clean, safe, and it’s in a great location. There is a great coffee shop/cafe in walking distance and grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away. And the views are incredible. There are mountains all around that make it incredibly scenic. There are also plenty of places nearby for great walks and hikes. I highly, highly recommend staying in this house! Our family will definitely be back!

A small group of friends, who travel with each other, from San Diego, planned a trip to see the golf tournament in Phoenix. The owners and the property management group were AMAZING! Everything was set up beautifully. Kitchen well stocked with supplies to make breakfast before heading out to the tournament. Evenings we had a blast playing a round of Texas Hold ‘em on the felt poker table, watching the golf highlights on the 85” tv, and enjoyed having friends and family visit who live in the area. This was a great place to accommodate all that so nicely. It felt like it was one of our homes. Highly recommend this place. You’ll love it.
