Bottom line, we let the owners know that the pool and pool temperature were the most important thing to us - and agreed to 87 degrees. The temperature was 94 degrees during our stay - which was delightful. Yes, we've had problems with other properties not heating their pools sufficiently and we bring our own thermometers to check. Other delights include an under the counter drawer microwave and what appears to be an instant hot water system so you're not waiting for hot water. Thank you for having us at this superb home.

Fantastic, fabulous, and heavenly relaxation!
The house is by far the best Vrbo we ever stayed bar none! The setup was perfect for my family of six and the pool area and the patio areas are amazing in the morning over coffee, evening times, or watching the sunrise! Wonderful Bday get
Wonderful home and perfect location!! Close to Scottsdale and the Biltmore/Arcadia area where all the action is in the Phoenix area. Also, no nosey neighbors! Host was really great at staying in touch with us and we all had a great time! I would stay there again!

Quiet and Relaxing
What a fabulous stay, spent drinking in the sunshine and the calm in this bright, beautiful home. The house has plenty of communal spaces for gathering in groups, yet still provides plenty of bedrooms to retire to for solitude. The pool is warm and inviting; I swam every day of our stay! This house is close to everything while still being private and quiet. The hosts are wonderfully accommodating and communicative. We will be back!

Spacious House for Family
This property is lovely and large, with big rooms, well functioning air conditioning and a beautiful pool. The owners were easy to communicate with and even bought a pool safety device for our kids . We had a couple of issues with the electrical on the pool (it's nice to have the waterfall on to block the street noise but the circuit kept tripping) but owners were responsive. The beds are on the soft side-- not good or bad just a note for future guests!

Family reunion - the over 65 crowd!
If I could give a higher rating to this property I would! Our stay was definitely a 10 out of 10. The house is superb, very nicely decorated and homey. The kitchen is a dream - better outfitted and organized than my own! Every small appliance you’d wat is available. The beds are very comfortable and the grounds, including the pool area, are tended very well. Dawn was incredibly responsive from the time I booked the home until we left, communication was fast and seamless! Thanks for making our first get together in three years so special!

Best Thanksgiving Ever!
This property is exceptional. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. The home has large rooms for entertaining including a central kitchen that made preparing our traditional thanksgiving meal easy and enjoyable. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms (including one outside poolside) provided downtime privacy. The outside amenities included a heated pool, jacuzzi and fire table. We used all extensively. The owner also provided lawn games which we used. The location in Paradise Valley is a short drive from the airport and also convenient for shopping and restaurants. Dawn was an amazing host, pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend this property and would visit again in a heartbeat.

Where do I even start ! From the very beginning of my search Dawn answered every question about the home and accommodations for me and my friends ! I was planning my 30th birthday and wanted to achieve a very particular aesthetic, I wanted a luxury experience yet one the created a safe space for long time friends to make memories and have a awesome girls trip. Dawn not only made so many accommodations for me and my friends but the genuine conversation, suggestions of activities and attention to detail showed this was not just an ordinary stay- it was a labor of love . The pictures honestly don’t do this home justice ! The huge space featuring the grand ceilings and wall to wall windows out looking the pool- allows for multiple families but gives a cozy, warm feeling in each well sectioned area. We decided to get the pool heated - by far the second best decision I made after choosing to rent this Airbnb. The home is immaculately kept and cleaned to perfection. The information binder is stocked with tons of helpful food and trail suggestions ! Did I mention the home sits at the bottom of a community full of homes built on a mountain - the spiral stairs lead to the top of the home with breathtaking views when the sunsets. I will most definitely be renting from Dawn in the future and you should to ! You will not regret it !

A Beautiful Property
With a few easy fixes, this property would be perfect! It is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen that is nothing short of impressive. PROS: The two communal TV's are huge and easy to use and the primary bedroom has a nice TV as well. The primary suite is enormous and very elegantly furnished. Two guest bedrooms are beautifully appointed and located on the far side of the home. The home is situated on a huge lot, has a nice pool, built-in BBQ and plenty of outdoor furniture. CONS: The two guest rooms are not equipped with TV's and share a bathroom. While the convertible Den does have an ensuite bathroom, it does not have a TV. The home has a three car garage but only one spot was available to guests. There are a dozen artificial candles throughout the house but none of them were operable. The pool and spa are lovely but guests do not have control over any functions (lights, bubbles, heat, etc). All bathrooms have fans installed but none of them work. The home is equipped with a RING doorbell camera which we found to be invasive while on vacation. In general, this is a beautiful and very comfortable home that, with a few minor fixes, could easily be a five star rental property.

Friends & Family Getaway
This house was just perfect for our group of 6. Beds are comfy, kitchen is extremely well equipped even stocked with spices, oils and paper products. House and yard very well kept. Back yard offers ample seating in sun or shade easy to find a quiet spot to read on your own too. Enjoyed playing corn hole and swimming. Owners are GREAT readily available to answer any questions before and during our trip. I would highly recommend this property and owner.

Beyond Incredible!
I cannot even express how much my friends/family and I enjoyed every aspect of our experience. Dawn was a delight to work with. She exceeded everyone’s expectations providing thoughtful recommendations and extremely friendly and quick responses. Her house is in perfect condition and very clean. Annual Girls’ Trip
Where do I start? The location is amazing - no highways to get to all the Scottsdale hot spots! The pool and patio area is gorgeous and there are enough lounge chairs for all. There are three (yes, three) separate sitting/living areas in the house so there’s plenty of space to spread out. One of us had to be on several zoom calls during our stay and she had no problem setting up so that she could work uninterrupted. There’s a beautiful patio on the east side that provides shade in the afternoon evening and we played cards at the table as the sun set behind us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so nicely appointed and beds are super comfortable. I really can’t think of anything to offer in terms of “even better if”! Thank you, Dawn, for a wonderful stay - we will be back next year!

Highly recommend this property!!!
My friends and I have been getting together for an annual girls trip for almost 20 years and this is the best property we have rented. Dawn was the sweetest and highly communicative prior and during our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful with the most fully stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a VRBO. SUPER clean. The location was perfect, a quick uber to most area's in Scottsdale. Plenty of beds all with the most comfortable mattresses. All 7 of us would highly recommend this property to friends and family.
