PRIVATE POOL resort style with a tennis, pickle ball, and basketball court. Horse shoe pit with bocce ball. This property is unique. Included is an entertainment area with an outdoor Viking kitchen. In addition, we have beach cruiser bikes and a tandem bike for your enjoyment. Outdoor setting for plenty of guests and an outdoor table fireplace on guest patio.

Magnificent private property located in North Scottsdale. 1.2 acres of a perfect private getaway.
Excellent freeway access, nightlife, and shopping are all very close by including Kierland Commons and Scottdale Quarter. Guests have access to a PRIVATE 45-foot pool as well as a LIGHTED BASKETBALL COURT, LIGHTED PICKLEBALL, AND TENNIS COURT. INCLUDES THE SPORTS BALLS ETC. Outdoor custom Viking kitchen, grill, and refrigerator, for your enjoyment. A laundry facility is available upon request. The unit also offers a fully loaded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and the studio-style casita is professionally decorated. Meticulously maintained and fully cleaned and disinfected between guests. If needed for an additional small fee there is a tiny house that sleeps one.

Beautiful Oasis
The red rooster Inn was the perfect retreat for the two of us to have our vacation in Scottsdale. The unit is not huge, but perfect for two people with resort like amenities throughout the property. The host was amazing and we loved the fresh eggs and the fresh oranges picked from the tree for our daily morning breakfast. The location was also very convenient. Thank you so much for having us… We will be back!

Phoenix Open Experience
Susan was an exceptional host and very welcoming. The accommodations were perfect for my husband and me, and we were just 3 miles from the Phoenix Open golf event. Enchanting Oasis

Perfect place for a quiet, relaxing getaway!
Other than the Rooster waking up this morning person earlier than usual (Thrasher, who we came to love!), this was the most beautiful, quiet, relaxing and well kept place we have ever stayed, Including 5 star hotels. Every detail was taken care of and we felt like treasured guests in a home rather than VRBO customers. Highly recommend!! The chickens and the rooster were just a bonus and fun to visit throughout our stay.

Susan was very accommodating and made us feel at home. The property is very expansive and we used the pickleball court a lot. The casita was very clean and it was great to have condiments available. The property had easy access to the events that we wanted to go to. We would love to visit again.

Awesome time
Susanne and Ken a awesome host. Property is perfect, we had such a nice time to relax, enjoying the chicken, pool, casita just everything. Just like home but more sun and warmer weather. Coming back for sure.

Red Rooster Inn rocks!!!
The Red Rooster Inn is the perfect setting to unwind. We loved the poolside chill factor, the lawn area to stretch, the bocce ball court, and the entertaining chickens and rooster. Our host, Susan, went out of her way to be attentive including having the bicycles repaired in a timely manner. (We especially enjoyed the bicycle built for two.) We’ll be back whenever we come to Scottsdale!

Home away from home
The casita is immaculate, beautifully decorated and comfy. The property is even more beautiful and welcoming than the pictures. The owners, Susan and Ken are warm, friendly and interesting. Susan went above and beyond anything I could have expected to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She has an amazing knowledge of how to make a guest feel at home. Great casita, feels like resort premises!
It was a beautiful casita, lush landscaping gave you complete privacy from home. Amenities that were all accurately depicted in ad, just not enough time to use. Gracious hostess who provided fresh pumpkin and pecan pie, along with wine, coffee and other treats. Lovely to sit on patio with morning coffee or evening drink. Susan was so very friendly and welcoming, felt like visiting a favorite friend.

Absolutely Perfect
My husband wanted a few days in AZ to golf and I wanted to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We got more than we could have hoped for at the Red Rooster Inn. Clean and comfortable guesthouse with every amenity you could possibly need, nestled in a backyard paradise. The pool and patio, outdoor kitchen, tennis court - all beautifully landscaped with lush flowers and fruit trees. We enjoyed it all. Susan and Ken were the perfect hosts - friendly and welcoming. We loved our time there and are already thinking about when we can go back. Thank you for a most enjoyable vacation!
