I was extremely disappointed with the customer service, our AC was out of service, although the maintenance guys were very sweet. However no apology from the front desk. I asked to check out at 12 pm and was told sorry we can’t do that, after being without air and heat a day and night! Definitely not staying here again!!!!

The resort has very spacious rooms in a great location. Check-in for week 2 had issues. We were told to leave our luggage in the room (we were is the same room for 2 weeks) while they cleaned but unable to access the room until after 4. Didn’t make sense. A few days the pool during the day was chaos with kids running around, jumping off railings, throwing noodles across deck etc. Staff at front desk were too busy to help enforce rules. Later in the day the front desk kicked a 14 year old girl quietly reading a book in the hot tub because she wasn’t 16? The poor kid was upset. The staff seem to enforce rules when it is convenient, the hot tub rules are archaic. The outdoor shower is hotter.

Not much activity and very limited staff. Front desk not knowledgeable. Workers in bar tried hard. Inquired about car rental since resort is isolated and front desk unable to help. Young girl at front desk could not tell us if it was safe to walk in the area (“I don’t live in the area).

We loved the spacious condo rather than a hotel room for basically the same price. Although we didn’t do any cooking, the unit was very well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs outdoor patio in the late evenings, The only thing that would have been nice would have been to have a nice restaurant there instead of just a bar type grill. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing little place. Pool and club house had everything. Rooms were spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. Bed mattress could have been better, ours was broken down and uncomfortable.

Only suggestion=cushions for outside patio chairs and if the patio wall was lower could see wonderful mountains views better (but understand height of wall for privacy as well).

Camelback Resort was a very nice place to end our week's vacation in Arizona. Our two-story villa was lovely and had everything we needed. We used the fitness center and pool. The food from the pool snack bar was great. We highly recommend the resort.

It’s a very good value for money resort with great villas. My only personal gripe was that the beds were a bit too hard for all of my party and myself of course but it was very enjoyable still and I would highly recommend. The staff are really brilliant with the exception of one of them, upon checkout who was very disinterested and had a rude attitude but otherwise they are all wonderful and the place is spotless. The cleaners and persons the employ to keep the grounds clean and tidy are troopers to the core. Their standard is very high and I was superly impressed with them all. The cleaners are absolutely fantastic I have to say and appear to love their jobs. You can walk to the Fashion Square mall in Scottsdale in about 20 minutes and the scenery and trials they have are beautiful. It also has a mini golf and small golf course on site! Amazing!!!
