Two story cul-de-sac house with a downstairs bedroom and full bath, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Upstairs large loft (kids playroom) with sofa and TV, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a kids’ bedroom with two twin beds that can be extended to full length, extra bedroom with a twin sleeping sofa/ queen and twin inflatable mattress and a desk with monitors, and a full bathroom. Laundry Room upstairs including detergent. A large grass backyard with an above the ground pool 12x12” (available for use). A two car garage and a large drive way. Quiet neighborhood with playgrounds in walking distance and sidewalk amd bicycle lanes. Less than 10 minutes drive from groceries stores (Fry’s, Walmart, Sprouts) and many retailers and restaurants. Only 10 minutes drive to the ISM Raceway, ~15 minutes to Westgate Entertainment District, 20 minutes to Downtown PHX, and one block away from I10 and loops 101 and 303 crossings. Ideally situated to access all major activity hubs of the greater Phoenix area.
