"Some 5 minutes drive from the historical park, this place is in a scenic location in the middle of nowhere. The wooden bungalows are basic but clean and pretty well equipped, including air conditioning, (Thai only) TV, and decent internet connectivity. The owners speak very little english, but they are lovely! Drinking water and a nice breakfast are included for free, even if that wasn't mentioned when I booked, so it came as a pleasant surprise. Service here was excellent and the staff often went out of their way to make sure we knew about places nearby and things to do. It is also near a GREAT massage spot (Siri). "If you come to Sukhotai, give this hotel a hard pass. The staff was unfriendly, the room was run down, the a/c barely worked, and the area is not great. Ironically, this was our most expensive hotel in Thai and probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 25 years of coming to Thailand. "

"One of the best hospitality I have ever gotten at a hotel. The family that owns this hotel are lovely and own the cafe and auto shop as well and they have a cute kitty! The front desk lady was the sweetest person my bf and I have ever met. We went for our honeymoon and they were so cute and provided us with a cake! Also their pool is so cozy and its also saltwater!
