"I feel like I was scammed when I booked a room at this hotel. The picture is different from reality, very old and moldy, the refrigerator & bathroom are full of black mold, the changing cabinet is broken and no one can fix it. At 8:00 a.m. when I went down to the breakfast room, there was nothing to eat because they didn't refill anything, only soup, fruit, and a few cold dishes were left. "My stay was comfortable with a good sized room, the room was clean and in good condition. I was a tourist not on business and there was a good level of noise from the corridors early in the morning. I used the spa which was a good service but the pool area was a bit of a building site so I wasn’t comfortable using it as there were no loungers or parasols but that’s my only gripe on the hotel and once the pool is operational I would consider staying again."
