Anattaya was truly amazing due to its several positive environments of place, service and hospitality. I spent 1 night with full of happiness because the owner took care of me like her son. The place was truly impressive, clean, eco-friendly. Most importantly, the service and hospitality were all great and unbelievable. Fortunately, I extended my stay here and will be spending my time for internship and thesis writing in Koh Yao Noi and staying at Anattaya for about 2 months and a half starting from today onwards. I’m certain I will feel good during my stay here. Thanks for great service and hospitality. I highly recommend all tourists to spend your precious time and moment here at Anattaya. Cheers! Amin

Double Booked and downgraded

Booked a couple nights in a smaller room, fan only which was alright. Quite hot during the day, but bearable at night. One of the blankets was just a large towel? Quite weird. Halfway through stay I booked the large family room thinking it would be good for when guests joined me. The night before I was supposed to move rooms I was told that it had been double booked. The staff told me I could have a smaller room, but I had already paid via credit card for the upgrade. This did not seem to be an issue in their eyes. Completely unreliable and easily found another (better) option. Look elsewhere, a cozy beach bungalow perhaps.

Location is not bad . Nearby are many shops and restaurants. BUT the room we booked was not the same we become. The room was horrible , with holes in the floor and very very old and scary . The lady told us " But this is same property! " Yes same property ,but not the room we booked. After we say ,we would not stay at this room they give us another . One like on the photos in the website . So first problem solved! But than comes next one . The sink in our room was broke and the water leak on the floor . The same was wenn the left room next to us use there sink , it leaks water in our room. Next night in the room right to us some water pipe in the bathroom was broke and the whole water leak in our room . So maybe we just have a bad luck . But they didn't empty trashcan in the room and in the toilet . And you know , in Thailand you can not trow your toilet paper in the toilet. Mattress was very very uncomfortable . Very very hard and you feel like you are sleeping on naked springs . So very very bad experience with Bann Anattaya . We don't recommend it at all. We stay 3 nights . 3 terrible nights !!

Min mann og jeg hadde booket to netter på dette hotellet etter å ha lest flere veldig gode anmeldelser og sett fine bilder av hotellet. Da vi ankom var nesten alle bungalowene revet og de holdt på med å bygge. Hageområdet var dermed veldig utrivelig. Vi ble plassert i hovedbygningen, som hadde helt greie rom. Betjeningen virket sure, hilste så vidt da vi ankom. Ga oss nøkkel til rommet, og viste oss det, uten så mye som et ord. Usikkert om dette var pga manglende engelskkunnskaper eller uhøfflighet. Hotellet lå sentralt, men et stykke unna strand. Ikke tilgang på svømmebasseng. 7 Eleven var rett ved hotellet, og eies av en muslimsk mann. De selger derfor ikke alkohol. Hvis man går litt lenger ned i gaten kan man finne andre, mindre butikker hvor det er mulig å få kjøpt en øl. Dessverre stod ikke hotellet til forventningene, og dermed reiste vi videre etter noen timer.

Perfectly amenable room, basic but with all your needs. The market is lovely with some great restaurants and cafes. The host is very friendly and helpful. Check out the garden cafe!

A good place to stay

I enjoyed my stay at Bann Anattaya. The location was good for travelling around the island. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again next time. Good value for money. Local services are very good

-Doesn't provide any transfer when you need to go back to the pier -No water set up in the room -Missed my booking upon c/I But people here in this Paradise island they don't really take it serious so maybe if you care about those things you may try another bangalow. The best point is location near to 7 11 so I can find bottle of water to drink.

La localisation peut sembler pratique, au centre du village principal, mais d'un autre côté difficile de faire quoi que ce soit sur Koh Yao Noi sans un scooter pour se déplacer. Les bungalows sont en retrait de la rue, ce qui est bien par rapport au bruit des véhicules (que j'ai trouvés en général plus rapides que sur certaines autres îles). Par contre dans le tout dernier où nous étions, impossible de capter le wifi. L'accueil était dans plus, les parties communes sans plus, le mobilier sans plus (voir défraîchi), et le ménage très approximatif. Mais comme les draps étaient propres, au final ça rempli la fonction: un endroit pour dormir, prendre sa douche et laisser ses affaires. Le seul point positif notable: dans notre chambre avec ventilateur nous avons un drap et une couverture en tissu éponge. Beaucoup plus pratique que la couette souvent fournie !

Nära 7Eleven utan städning

Ingen städning, inget vatten trots att det skulle ingå. Bokade ett rum för 3 personer och när vi kom fram fick vi betala extra för 3:e personen som sen fick ligga på en tunn madrass på golvet. Personalen var dock trevliga.

Bungalow in sehr gutem Zustand im Dorfzentrum

Unser Bungalow mit Ventilator war neuwertig, sauber, geräumig, hell. An den Fenstern waren Mückengitter angebracht, sodass wir nachts das Fenster offen halten konnten und frische Luft hatten. Sehr gute Dusche mit Warmwasser.

Very nice place, clean and comfy room. Nice staff. Good restaurants nearby. Quite far from the beach, but it was nice to cykle about 6 km to the very beautiful beach. Poor wifi.

Les équipements annoncés ne sont pas là

J'ai donc réservé une chambre sur photo de 30m2 avec des équipements tels que wifi, eau chaude et tv. Au final je me suis retrouvé dans une espèce de loge de gardien de 10m2 sans tv sans wifi et avec un espèce de sommier en grille métallique à la place du lit, rien à voir avec ce que j'ai réservé. Quand j'ai voulu aller voir le type de la réception j'ai vite déchanté car à 19h il n'y a plus personne. Une nuit en enfer plus tard j'explique que j'ai payé 14€ pour une chambre avec équipement et que ce n'est pas ce que j'ai payé. Il ma donc changé de chambre. J'avais bien un.lit avec matelas mais ni tv ni eau chaude ni wifi. J'ai encore change de chambre le surlendemain toujours sans wifi, avec EAU CHAUDE sans tv et sans lavabo ni miroir. Si vous voulez vous laver les dents vous devez le faire sous la douche. Hyper pratique pour mettre des lentilles de contact. .. En gros les équipements sont au choix et non en package. Nous avons vu les gens défiler pour se plaindre de l'eau froide et du wifi inexistant en chambre mais que a laccueil. Cependant gros point positif l'emplacement. La description est donc erronée ce qui ma valu d'être déçu car c'est une ile très isolé et dépourvue de chose à faire. Donc sans wifi ni tv c'est un koh lanta assuré. L'accueil est sympas mais rien d'extraordinaire. Petit conseil si il vous enmmene dans la hutte orange demandez à changer de chambre de suite...

Fint lille hostel til en rigtig god pris. Det er vildt lækkert, at man har sin egen lille overdækkede terrasse, hvor man kan nyde frugt og andre snacks fra de lokales boder. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme.
